Processing time
Each timepiece is made to order, carefully hand-crafted and engraved by our skilled artisans. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you.
Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Due to bulk demands on this Valentine's Day, processing time might be extended by two weeks in some cases. We are putting all efforts and resources in the production line to deliver the best quality to you as soon as possible.
